One of our newest innovations is the use of the “Patient Care Monitor.” This electronic tablet (or mini-computer) helps keep track of any side effects that you are experiencing. It will ask you about how you feel physically, emotionally, mentally and otherwise. Sometimes, something a patient may think is insignificant can be very important during the treatment process. No detail is too small, and the Patient Care Monitor helps cover all potential areas of concern. This documentation will become part of your confidential medical record. By providing your physician with vital information before your exam, it makes your visit even more effective.
